Jess Durnian (sr. Brick, NJ/Brick Twp.) and
Sherry Oller (sr. Bridgewater, NJ/Bridgewater-Raritan) and back
Kayla Leahey (sr. Keansburg, NJ/Warwick Valley) each contributed with an assist.
Goalkeeper
Carleigh Trivino (so. Caldwell, NJ/Caldwell) recorded her fourth shutout on the season. For the Scarlet Raiders, goalie Veronika Tueros (jr. Perth Amboy, NJ/Perth Amboy) stopped seven shots. Rowan has a 7-2 record with a 2-0 New Jersey Athletic Conference mark. Rutgers-Newark is 5-4-1 overall and 0-2 in the conference.
Suhl scored the first goal at 19:08. She hit the lower left corner of the net after a pass from Durnian. Suhl again hit the left corner (51:54) after Leahey crossed the ball from the right side into the box. Reader knocked in a rebound at 65:15 after Oller's shot was blocked by a Scarlet Raider defender.
