Box Score GLENSIDE, PA – The Rowan University men's soccer team won at Arcadia University, 2-0 in a non-conference match on Wednesday evening.
 
The Profs improve to 4-3 overall and the Knights have a 3-2-1 mark. Goalkeeper Kevin Vasta (sr. Randolph, NJ/Randolph) made three saves for his first shutout. Arcadia goalie Seth Shoap (jr. Landenberg, PA/Avon Grove) stopped 10 shots.
 
Midfielder Vinny Ignatowicz (so. Toms River, NJ/Toms River S.) scored off a rebound at 58:47 after forward Shane Guyer's (fr. Hammonton, NJ/Hammonton) initial shot was saved by Shoap. Forward Travis Ward (fr. New Egypt, NJ/New Egypt) hit the back of the net (78:59) with an assist from back Dave Schwartz (jr. Point Pleasant, NJ/Point Pleasant Boro).
 
Rowan opens conference play in Glassboro on Saturday, September 20 at 7 p.m. against Kean University.
