Box Score READING, PA – The Rowan University women's soccer team won 6-0 against host Albright College in the consolation game of the Attack of the Lion Tournament on Sunday.
York College (PA) had a 1-0 shutout over The College of Wooster in the championship. In the first round on Saturday, York defeated Rowan, 1-0 and Wooster had a 2-1 overtime victory versus Albright.

Jess Durnian (sr. Brick, NJ/Brick Twp.) contributed with one goal and two assists. Turchi and Durnian were named to the All-Tournament Team. Midfielders

Melissa Kelly (fr. Parisppany, NJ/DePaul Catholic) and forward
Tiffany Kelly (jr. Parsippany, NJ/Parsippany) each chipped in with one goal. Forwards
Erika Suhl (sr. Brick, NJ/Brick Mem.) and
Samantha Reader (so. Maple Shade, NJ/Maple Shade) and midfielder
Megan Carchidi (so. Mullica Hill, NJ/Clearview Reg.) all had one assist.
The Profs compiled 25 shots while the Lions took three. Goalie
Carleigh Trivino (so. Caldwell, NJ/Caldwell) made one save for the shutout. Albright goalkeepers Emily Sears (fr. Manhasset, NY/Manhasset) and Jaymee Stepp (jr. Glenside, PA/Cheltenham) each played one half. Sears had one save and Stepp stopped three shots.
Rowan was ahead 4-0 after the first half. Turchi knocked in a cross from Suhl at 3:51 for the first goal. In less than a minute later, Melissa Kelly headed in a corner kick by Durnian. At 11:44, Camera scored on Durnian's corner kick. Turchi's second goal came at 39:42.
Durnian hit the net at 62:19 with a pass from Carchidi. Tiffany Kelly produced the final goal with 9:43 left and Reader had the assist.
