Box Score HOBOKEN, NJ – The Rowan University field hockey team won 7-1 at Stevens Institute of Technology on Thursday evening.

Kellie Campbell (sr. Clark, NJ/Arthur L. Johnson) contributed with two goals and one assist. Forwards
Jenna Pressler (so. Medford, NJ/Shawnee) and
Courtney Aquino (so. Hammonton, NJ/Hammonton) each chipped in with a goal. Forwards
Sam Browne (jr. West Milford, NJ/West Milford) and
Erica Faraone (so. Cranford, NJ/Cranford) had one assist apiece.
The Profs have a seven-game win streak and they are 10-3 on the season. The Ducks have a 6-10 record. Midfielder Nolie Prouty (so. Glendora, CA/Glendora) scored Stevens' lone goal. Rowan goalie
Carly DeMarco (fr. Gloucester City, NJ/Gloucester City) stopped 13 shots. For the Ducks, goalie Emily Stukenborg (so. Stockholm, NJ/Wallkill Valley Reg.) made seven saves in 51:58 and goalie Felicia Heard (jr. Clinton, NJ/North Hunterdon) played the final 18:02.
After a Stevens corner, Pressler took the ball the entire length of the field and scored at 5:19. James made the score 2-0 (22:15) when she deflected a cross by Campbell into the cage. Prouty knocked in a loose ball at 26:51 and the Ducks trailed 2-1. James and Campbell each followed with a goal. James scored (28:50) with a pass from Browne. Campbell's goal (30:58) came on a penalty stroke. Aquino ended the first half with an unassisted goal at 32:01. Her shot went into the left side of the cage.
Campbell produced the Profs' sixth goal (50:31) and James had the assist. Faraone assisted on James' third goal (54:31) to end the scoring.
Next week, Rowan hosts conference opponent Ramapo College on Wednesday, October 22 at 7 p.m.
