Box Score SWARTHMORE, PA - Rowan University dropped a 3-0 decision to Swarthmore College on Tuesday evening. The Garnet won 25-17, 25-22, 25-18 and upped their record to 10-3. The Profs are 5-4 overall. 

Middle hitter Morgan Mende (so., Glen Rock, NJ/Glen Rock) and outside hitter Danielle Havlicek (so., Midland Park, NJ/Midland Park) each recorded nine kills for Rowan. Setter Nicole Ciandella (sr., Hoboken, NJ/Roselle Catholic) had 19 assists and four digs. Libero Casey Grasso (sr., Wilmington, DE/Alexis I. duPont) accumulated 17 digs, while defensive specialist Lauren Ruffalo (sr., Marlton, NJ/Cherokee) ended the match with 13 digs.

Rowan returns to action on Thursday, September 19 for the New Jersey Athletic Conference opener at Richard Stockton College at 7 p.m.
