WOODLAND PARK, NJ – The Rowan University men's cross country team finished second at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships on Saturday. The race was held at Garret Mountain. The Profs' Rob Rawls was the conference individual champion.
Rawls (so. Runnemede, NJ/Triton Reg.) ran a winning time of 26:37.3 over the 8K course. Jon Sewnig (jr. Yardville, NJ/Notre Dame) came in third (26:53.8). Tim Dole (so. Mantua, NJ/Clearview Reg.) had a ninth place (27:19.6) and Ethan Wolmark (sr. Medford, NJ/Shawnee) followed 10th (27:20.8). Mike Davies (jr. Jackson, NJ/Jackson Liberty) was 12th (27:29.5).
Zach Helm (fr. Hamilton, NJ/Nottingham) finished 24th (28:16.7) and Tim Reardon (jr Burlington, NJ/Burlington Twp.) was 28th (28:32.2). Dave Quimby (jr. Mount Laurel, NJ/Lenape) took 29th (28:34.6) while Carlos Coronado (fr. Hackensack, NJ/Hackensack) and Raj Singh (jr. Parsippany, NJ/Parsippany Hills) were 30th (28:36.3) and 31st (28:38.5) respectively.
