PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Rowan University women’s track team finished eighth in the College Women’s Shuttle Hurdles Championship of America at the Penn Relays on Friday. 

The Profs had a time of 64.39.  The shuttle hurdles relay consisted of Jamie Thompson (so. Monmouth Jct., NJ/South Brunswick), Tiffany Chamberlain (jr. Burlington, NJ/Burlington Twp.), Jessica Carlson (so. Manahawkin, NJ/Southern Reg.) and Melirah Searcy (fr. Edison, NJ/Edison).  Louisiana State University was the winner in 54.68.

Next, Rowan will travel to The College of New Jersey on Saturday, April 28 for the Lions’ Invitational at 10:30 a.m.
