PRINCETON, NJ – Three Rowan University women’s track athletes competed at the Larry Ellis Invitational on Friday night. The meet was hosted by Princeton University.

Jena Peacock (jr. Williamstown, NJ/Our Lady of Mercy Academy) finished 19th in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a NCAA provisional time of 11:00.12. The NCAA provisional is 11:10.00. Jenn Rawls (so. Runnemede, NJ/Highland Reg.) took 31st in the 5000 meters (17:20.11). She also recorded a NCAA provisional (17:35.00). Samantha Stapleton (fr. Williamstown, NJ/Williamstown) was 64th in the 800 meters (2:17.93).

The men’s and women’s track and field teams travel to Baltimore, MD for the Morgan State University Legacy Meet on Saturday, April 23 at 9:30 a.m.
