SALISBURY, MD – The Rowan University women’s soccer team had a scoreless tie at Salisbury University after two overtimes on Wednesday.

This week, Rowan (3-1-1) is third in the South Atlantic Region Rankings followed by Salisbury (2-1-2) fourth. The Profs are also ranked 22nd in the nation.

Both teams ended the game with 14 total shots. Profs’ goalie Jillian Brannan (so. Saddle Brook, NJ/Saddle Brook) made five saves. Goalkeeper Melissa Orgera (fr. Arnold, MD/Broadneck) stopped four shots for the Sea Gulls.

Rowan starts its conference schedule at Montclair State University on Saturday, September 19 at 1 p.m.
