Scattergood (jr. Kendall Park, NJ/South Brunswick) broke the school record in the weight throw at the Fastrack National Invitational.  The meet was held at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex.  
 
She had a toss of 48’ 4.75” (14.75 m) for ninth place.  Scattergood surpassed the mark of 48’ 4” (14.73 m) by Makayla Taylor at the Albany Winter Classic on Friday, Feb. 7.  Previously, Scattergood held the mark of 47’ 6.25” (14.48 m) from last season. 
 
In the New Jersey Athletic Conference, Scattergood is ranked second in the weight throw.
