Yanagisawa (fr. Woodbridge, CT/Amity Reg.) took first place in the 500 freestyle in 4:47.89 against The College of New Jersey (Jan. 26).  He also finished second in the 200 butterfly (1:55.25) and 1000 freestyle (9:54.70).  His time in the 1000 free was a career best.
 
Yanagisawa was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Rookie of the Week for the sixth time.  Rowan defeated TCNJ, 167-133 for the conference title.  It is the Profs’ third straight NJAC Championship and 16^thoverall.
