Henry (sr. Sewell, NJ/Clearview Reg.) was the individual champion at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Men’s Cross Country Championships. He won the 8K race with a time of 26:10.27 out of 110 runners.

Henry was named the NJAC Runner of the Week for the second time this season. The men’s cross country team took second place at the NJAC Championships.
