April Szymczyk (sr. Jackson, NJ/Jackson Liberty) helped lead the women’s basketball team to a pair of victories last week. She averaged 14.0 points and 10.0 rebounds per game with seven assists, three steals and one block. Szymczyk recorded a double-double with 10 points and 12 rebounds in a 76-67 win versus Kean University (Feb. 7). She then posted 18 points and eight boards in Rowan’s 88-58 victory against Rutgers-Newark (Feb. 10).
