Right-hander Andrew Cohen (sr. Monroe Twp., NJ/Monroe Twp.) threw eight innings in Rowan's 10-2 win over Emory University in the opening round of the NCAA South Regional (May 18). He only gave up two runs on seven hits. Cohen struck out 14 batters and was one strikeout away from the school record. He was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Pitcher of the Week. Cohen ended the season with a 2.34 earned run average and 74 strikeouts, which led the team.
