Guard Anyssa Sanchez (sr. Pine Hill, NJ/Sterling) was chosen the NJAC Player of the Week. She averaged 17.5 points, 9.5 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 4.5 steals in wins over Rutgers-Camden and William Paterson, while shooting 61.9 percent (13-for-21) from the field. Sanchez scored 15 points and pulled down eight rebounds, while dishing out four assists and grabbing four steals in an 83-64 triumph over the Scarlet Raptors. She followed up with her second double-double of the season, a 20-point, 11-rebound performance, in an 83-70 victory over the Pioneers.
