Foward Rachel Galante (fr. Mount Laurel, NJ/Collingswood) was named the NJAC Field Hockey Rookie of the Week. Galante accumulated three goals and three assists last week. She scored Rowan’s lone goal in a 2-1 loss at The College of New Jersey (Oct. 20). Galante then hit the back of the net twice and added three assists in a 5-3 victory over Montclair State University (Oct. 24). She has totaled nine goals and nine assists for 27 points this season.
