Second baseman Mark Benak contributed to Rowan’s 3-0 start at Randolph-Macon College (Feb. 24-25). In three games, he batted .400 with six hits in 15 at bats. He totaled four doubles, three runs scored and two RBIs. In the season opener, Benak was three for four with two doubles and two runs scored. He registered a double and scored one run in the second meet- ing. In the final game, Benak collected two hits, two RBIs and one double.
