Steven Iafrate (so. Closter, NJ/Demarest) began the 2012 outdoor track & field season with a fourth place finish in the javelin at the Wake Forest Open in Winston-Salem, NC (Mar. 16). His throw of 203’ 6” (62.03 meters) was a career best. Iafrate currently has the third best toss in Division III. He was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Field Athlete of the Week.
