Quarterback Tim Hagerty (fr. Glassboro, NJ/Glassboro) led the football team to a 41-0 shutout over Widener University (Sept. 21) in its home opener. Hagerty competed nine of 24 passes for 116 yards and two touchdowns. He also ran for 65 yards and two touchdowns on 14 carries. For his performance, Hagerty was selected the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Offensive Rookie of the Week. In two games, he has totaled 234 yards and three touchdowns, completing 14 of 33 pass attempts. Hagerty also has 59 yards rushing and three touchdowns on 23 carries.
