Former NFL player Gino Gradkowski joined the Profs’ staff in 2022 and after serving for two seasons as the offensive line coach, was promoted to the offensive coordinator on Pat Ruley's staff in 2024. He will also remain as the offensive line coach.
 
He enjoyed a seven-year career in the NFL and was a member of the Baltimore Ravens’ Super Bowl XLVII champion team, while also playing for the Falcons, Panthers and Broncos from 2012 to 2018. The offensive lineman played in 60 career games, including 40 in three years with Baltimore, which drafted him in the fourth round of the 2012 NFL Draft out of the University of Delaware.
 
Upon retirement from his playing career, he returned to Delaware to serve as the Blue Hens' assistant director of Student Services for Athletes from 2019 to 2021.
 
A native of Pittsburgh, PA, he received his bachelor’s degree in history from Delaware in 2012. He and his wife, Adrianna, have a daughter, Giada.
