Alexa Massa

Alexa Massa joins the Profs coaching staff in 2025 after successful coaching stops at both the high school and club levels. 

 

She served on staff at Paul VI High School as an assistant coach for four years before being elevated to head coach for the 2023 and 2024 seasons. Massa helped the Eagles to two Olympic Conference titles and the best record in school history, coaching 16 All-Conference players, 2 All-South Jersey Players, and 2 Players of the Year along the way. She also served as a Carpenter Cup Coach.

 

Massa also heads up the South Jersey Gators club program, where she is the head coach of both the 12U and 18U teams, as well as the head of recruiting. She has been in this role for nine years and has helped high school athletes compete at the NCAA DI, DII, DIII, NJCAA and NAIA levels. 

 

She currently works as the General Manager of EL1 Sports Hainesport, where she manages operations, development, and budgets for one of EL1’s facilities in the Northeast. She is OnBaseU Level 1 Hitting Certified, Rapsodo Hitting Certified, and has experience with various different technology platforms to capture motion and performance data.

 

Massa earned her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Stockton University in 2018, where she was a two-sport student-athlete in field hockey and softball. She was Stockton’s Woman of the Year and was their NCAA Woman of the Year nominee in 2018. During her time at Stockton, she was involved in SAAC, Autism Speaks, Relay for Life, and Special Olympics Unified Sports.
