2019-20 Indoor: Was a member of All-Conference first team 4x400 meter relay that won in 3:58.99 at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships…  Came in fifth (1:22.55) in the 500 meters at the conference championships… Ran on the fifth place 4x400 meter relay (3:59.76) at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Had a season best 1:01.45 in the 400 meters at the Fastrack National Invite… Finished first (1:46.84) as part of the 4x200 meter relay and second (1:24.41) in the 500 meters at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational

2019 Outdoor: Ran on the second place 4x400 meter relay (4:07.58) at the NJAC Championships for All-Conference second team honors… Had a personal record 59.31 in the 400 meter prelims at the conference championships… Was part of the 4x400 meter relay that came in fourth (3:52.46) at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Finished the 200 meters in 25.93 at the Widener Invitational… Was on the first place 4x400 meter relay (3:59.12) at the Coach Pollard Invite… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2018-19 Indoor: Had a top time of 8.20 in the 60 meters at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals… Ran a season best 26.57 in the 200 meters at the Armory Last Chance Meet… Had a time of 1:03.30 in the 400 meters at the Fastrack National Invite... Came in seventh (1:24.27) in the 500 meters at the NJAC Championships… Ran on the winning 4x200 meter relay (1:44.67) at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Was a member of the 4x400 meter relay (4:10.83) at the NYC Gotham Cup 
 
2018 Outdoor: Finished 12th in the 400 meters with a season best 1:01.55 at the NJAC Championships… had a 15th place (26.09) in the 200 meters at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Recorded a top time of 25.96 in the 200 meters for eighth place at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier… Clocked a season best 13.10 in the 100 meters at the Coach P Invitational and Widener Invitational… Placed fourth (26.87) in the 200 meters and was sixth (13.19) in the 100 meters at the Oscar Moore Invitational 

2017-18 Indoor: Had top times of 28.04 and 10.19 in the 200 meters and 60 meter hurdles respectively at the Lehigh Season Opener… Recorded a season best of 8.33 in the 60 meters at the St. Joseph’s Winter Invitational 

2017 Outdoor: Ran the 100 meters in a season best 13.16 at the Lions’ Invitational… Posted a top time of 27.50 in the 200 meters at the Oscar Moore Invitational… Had a season best time of 17.15 in the 100 meter hurdles at the Greyhound Invitational 

2016-17 Indoor: Ran top times of 8.33 in the 60 meter dash and 10.43 in the 60 meter hurdles at the Fastrack Last Chance Invitational 

High School/Personal: Competed in track & field at Egg Harbor Township High School... Majoring in human performance in clinical settings
