2020 Outdoor: Received New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) All-Academic honorable mention... Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete… Selected a team captain

2019-20 Indoor: Finished third in the pole vault with a height of 10’ 6” (3.20 m) at the NJAC Championships… Received All-Conference honorable mention in the pole vault… Ran on the fifth place 4x400 meter relay (3:59.76) at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Took fourth with a height of 5’ 1.25” (1.56 m) in the high jump and seventh (1:23.34) in the 500 meters at the conference championships… Came in fifth (10’ 0”, 3.05 m) in the pole vault at the Diplomat Open… Competed in the long jump and finished with a distance of 16’ 3.25” (4.96 m) at the NYC Gotham Cup… Named a team captain

2018-19 Indoor: Placed fourth (4’ 11.5”, 1.51 m) in the high jump, fifth (9’ 6.25”, 2.90 m) in the pole vault and sixth (1:22.60) in the 500 meters at the NJAC Championships… Recorded a top time of 9.81 in the 60 hurdles at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals… Posted season bests with marks of 10’ 0” (3.05 m) for fifth place in the pole vault and 16’ 6” (5.03 m) for sixth place in the long jump at the Diplomat Open 

2018 Outdoor: a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2017-18 Indoor: Placed fourth in the high jump and pole vault with season bests of 5’ 1” (1.55 m) and 9’ 6.25” (2.90 m) respectively at the NJAC Championships… Took fourth (2,994 points) in the pentathlon at Fast Times Before Finals 

2017 Outdoor: Came in third (3,962 points) in the heptathlon at the NJAC Championships for All-Conference honorable mention… had a fourth place (3,919 points) in the heptathlon at the Oneonta Final Qualifier… Finished fifth (3,861 points) in the heptathlon at the Morgan State Legacy Meet… Won the pole vault with a season best height of 8’ 11.75” (2.74 m) and the 400 meter hurdles (1:08.07) at the Oscar Moore Invitational… Named the NJAC Rookie of the Week one time… Selected a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2016-17 Indoor: Finished seventh (2,770 points) in the pentathlon at the Eastern College Athletic Conference Championships... Placed seventh (8' 8.25", 2.65 m) in the pole vault and 10th (16' 3.75", 4.97 m) in the long jump at the NJAC Championships... Was on the winning 4x800 meter relay (10:30.44) at the St. Joseph's Winter Invitational... Posted a season best 2,817 points in the pentathlon for eighth place at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational
