2020 Outdoor: Received New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) All-Academic honorable mention... Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2019-20 Indoor: Earned NJAC All-Conference second team in the mile… Took second place (5:17.80) in the mile at the conference championships… Was part of the third place distance medley relay (12:37.82) at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Came in fifth (2:27.41) in the 800 meters at the conference championships… Ran the 800 meters in 2:23.20 at the Albany Winter Classic

2019 Outdoor:  Finished fourth (4:56.81) in the 1500 meters and fifth (2:25.55) in the 800 meters at the NJAC Championships… Ran a personal record 4:42.87 in the 1500 meters at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier Meet… Came in fourth (4:46.43) in the 1500 meters at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society… Won the 3000 meters in 10:53.05 at the Oscar Moore Invitational… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete of Distinction… Received New Jersey Athletic Conference All-Academic honorable mention

2018-19 Indoor:  Had a season best 2:20.43 in the 800 meters at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational… Placed fourth (3:06.54) in the 1000 meters at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals… Finished seventh (5:12.92) in the mile at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Ran a time of 11:09.12 in the 3000 meters at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational… Was a member of the 4x800 meter relay that placed second (9:58.01) at the NJAC Championships for All-Conference second team honors… Took third in the mile (5:14.25) for All-Conference honorable mention
 
2017 Outdoor: Was on the third place (9:50.40) 4x800 meter relay and ran the 1500 meters in 5:12.16 at the Emory Invitational… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2016-17 Indoor:  Ran on the distance medley relay that finished second (13:02.66) at the NJAC Championships for All-Conference second team honors... Came in eighth in the 3000 meters with a top time of 11:17.30 at the conference meet... Had a season best time of 5:48.33 in the one mile at the John Covert Classic... Was a member of the winning 4x800 meter relay (10:30.44) at the St. Joseph's Winter Invitational
