2020: Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2019-20 Indoor: Finished fourth (9.44) in the 60 meter hurdles and ran 8.25 in the 60 meter dash at the Seahawk Shootout… Took second with a time of 9.57 in the 60 meter hurdles at the Diplomat Open

2019 Outdoor: Earned All-America on the 4x100 meter relay and in the 100 meter hurdles at the NCAA Championships… Ran on the fifth place 4x100 meter relay (46.85) and took eighth in the 100 meter hurdles (14.10) at nationals… Finished first (48.00) on the 4x100 meter relay, second (14.52) in the 100 meter hurdles, third in the 100 meter dash (12.67) and fourth (26.43) in the 200 meters at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships… Chosen the conference’s Outstanding Track Athlete and was a member of the All-Conference first team on the 4x100 meter relay, second team in the 100 meter hurdles and honorable mention in the 100 meter dash… Won the 100 meter hurdles in 14.26 at the All-Atlantic Region Championships and was on the first place 4x200 meter relay (47.64)… Was a member of the U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Atlantic Region Team in the 100 meter hurdles and on the 4x100 meter relay… Was the NJAC Track Athlete of the Week three times… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete… Selected a team captain

2018-19 Indoor: Qualified for the NCAA Division III Championships and posted a time of 8.97 in the 60 meter hurdles prelims… Received All-Conference honorable mention with a third place finish in the 60 meter hurdles (8.02) and the 200 meters (26.13) at the NJAC Championships… At the conference championships, had a career best 7.88 in 60 meters prelims… Ran on the winning 4x200 meter relay (1:43.07) for All-Conference first team honors… Was part of the first place 4x200 meter relay (1:46.45) at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational (Feb. 2)… earned USTFCCCA All-Atlantic Region in the 60 meter hurdles… Was a team captain

2018 Outdoor: Ran on the seventh place 4x100 meter relay (47.28) and came in eighth (14.39) in the 100 meter hurdles for All-America honors at the NCAA Division III Championships… Earned All-Conference first team distinction as a member of the winning 4x100 meter relay (47.58), finished second (14.47) in the 100 meter hurdles for All-Conference second team accolades, received All-Conference honorable mention with a third place in the 100 meters, running a top time of 12.40, and was fifth (25.65) in the 200 meters at the NJAC Championships… Won the 100 meter hurdles with a top time of 14.24 and came in fifth in the 200 meters with a season best 25.16 at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Competed on the 4x200 meter relay (1:42.62) at the Penn Relays… Was the winner in the 200 meters (25.63) and took third (12.82) in the 100 meters at the Danny Curran Invitational… Was part of the winning 4x100 meter relay at the Danny Curran Invitational (48.78), Oscar Moore Invitational (48.25) and Widener Invitational (48.34)… Received All-Region honors in the 100 meter hurdles and the 4x100 meter relay from the USTFCCCA… Was a three-time NJAC Track Athlete of the Week selection

2017-18 Indoor: Won the 200 meters with a season best time of 25.88 and ran on the winning 4x200 meter relay (1:42.61) for All-Conference first team honors, received All-Conference honorable mention with a season best 8.93 for third place in the 60 meter hurdles and placed seventh in the 60 meters with a top time of 8.11 at the NJAC Championships… Was part of the first place 4x200 meter relay (1:45.19), took sixth (9.18) in the 60 meter hurdles and was ninth (26.65) in the 200 meters at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Chosen the NJAC Outstanding Track Athlete… Earned All-Region accolades in the 60 meter hurdles from the USTFCCCA

2017 Outdoor: Took sixth (15.01) in the 100 meter hurdles and eighth (12.89) in the 100 meters at the NJAC Championships… Had a top time of 26.51 in the 200 meters at the Lions’ Invitational… Ran a season best 14.89 in the 100 meter hurdles prelims at the conference championships

2016-17 Indoor: Was a member of the 4x200 meter relay that placed second (1:48.59) at the St. Joseph's Winter Invitational... Ran top times of 8.12 in the 60 meter dash, 9.55 in the 60 meter hurdles and 26.41 in the 200 meters at the Fastrack Last Chance Invitational
