2015-16 Indoor: had a season best mark of 20:08.49 in the 5000 meter run at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 22)
 
2015 Outdoor: had a season best time of 4:54.76 in the 1500 meter run at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier (May 11)… produced a top time of 2:26.69 in the 800 meter run at the Lions’ Invitational (Apr. 24-25)… member of the 4x800 meter relay that finished first (9:48.49) at the CTC Championships (Apr. 18)
 
2015 Indoor: ran a season best 5:29.92 for eighth place in the one mile run at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 26)… took fourth (5:35.36) in the one mile run at the Molloy College Lions Invitational (Feb. 13)
 
 
2014 Outdoor: had a top time of 5:12.74 in the 1500 meters at the NJAC Championships (May 4)… ran the 800 meters in a season best 2:32.60 at the tri-meet against Georgian Court University and Lehman College (Apr. 11)… was on the 4x800 meter relay that placed third (10:13.58) at the CTC Championships (Apr. 18)
 
2013 Outdoor: placed 12th at the NJAC Championships (May 5) in the 1,500 meters (5:10.50)… ran season-bests in the 800 (2:31.63) and 1,500 (5:07.37) meters at the Wake Forest Open (Mar. 15)
 
2013 Indoor: came in 10th in the one mile (5:36.49) at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 22)
