2015 Outdoor: finished 19^th (38:16.38) in the 10,000 meter run at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 21-23)… won the 10,000 meter run with a season best time of 35:54.55 at the ECAC Championships (May 14-15)… took first (37:50.00) in the 10,000 meter run at the NJAC Championships (May 2-3) and earned All-Conference first team honors… came in first (4:45.02) in the 1500 meters at the Collegiate Track Conference (CTC) Championships (Apr. 18)… member of the 4x800 meter relay that finished first (9:48.49) at the CTC Championships and second (9:18.14) at the ECAC Championships… came in second (18:24.93) in the 5000 meter run at the Maryland Invitational (Mar. 28)… named NJAC Track Athlete of the Week once… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2014-15 Indoor: ran a season best 5:15.89 in the one mile run for fifth place at the Ramapo College Indoor Select (Feb. 7)… had a sixth place (5:19.53) in the one mile run and was seventh (11:05.22) in the 3000 meters at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 26)… posted a top time of 10:41.77 in the 3000 meters at the Tiger Open (Jan. 24)
