2020 Outdoor: Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2019-20 Indoor: Received All-America honors in the triple jump… Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the triple jump with 38’ 2.75” (11.65 m)… Earned U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Atlantic Region in the triple jump… Came in second (37’ 6”, 11.43 m) in the triple jump at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships for All-Conference second team honors… Took second (38’ 2.75”, 11.65 m) in the triple jump at the Fastrack Last Chance Meet… Won the triple jump with 37’ 9.25” (11.51 m) at the Bomber Invitational… Had a fifth place (17’ 2.25”, 5.24 m) in the long jump at the conference championships… Finished fourth (38’ 1.25”, 11.61 m) in the triple jump at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Chosen the NJAC Field Athlete of the Week two times

2019  Outdoor: Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2018-19 Indoor: placed 18th (37’ 0.25”, 11.28 m) in the triple jump at the NCAA Division III Championships… Received All-Conference first team honors with a season best first place mark of 38’ 7.75” (11.78 m) in the triple jump and was fifth (17’ 8”, 5.38 m) in the long jump at the NJAC Championships… Took first place (35’ 8.5”, 10.88 m) in the triple at the Diplomat Open… Finished second (37’ 4.5”, 11.39 m) in the triple jump and fourth (16’ 11.25”, 5.16 m) in the long jump at the Moravian College Meet… Completed the triple jump in 37’ 6.5” (11.44 m) for eighth place at the NYC Gotham Cup (Jan. 18)… Earned second place (17’ 8.75”, 5.40 m) in the long jump  and was third (36’ 11”, 11.25 m) in the triple jump and at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals… Took fourth (17’ 8.25”, 5.39 m) in the long jump and fifth (36’ 10.25”, 11.23 m) in the triple jump at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational… Earned All-Atlantic Region in the triple jump from the USTFCCCA
 
2018 Outdoor: Finished fourth (36’ 1.25”, 11.00 m) in the triple jump and was sixth (16’ 8.5”, 5.09 m) in the long jump at the NJAC Championships… Came in second in the triple jump with a season best 38’ 3.25” (11.66 m) at the All-Atlantic Region Championships (May 16-17)… Competed in the triple jump (36’ 4.25”, 11.08 m) at the Penn Relays… Placed third (37’ 7.25”, 11.46 m) in the triple jump and recorded a top mark of 17’ 2.75” (5.25 m) for fourth place in the long jump at the Widener Invitational… Won the triple jump (36’ 2”, 11.02 m) and was on the first place 4x200 meter relay (1:45.93) at the Oscar Moore Invitational… Named to the USTFCCCA All-Region Team in the triple jump… Chosen the NJAC Field Athlete of the Week one time… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete... Received NJAC All-Academic honorable mention

2017-18 Indoor: Placed 12th (37’ 9.25”, 11.51 m) in the triple jump at the NCAA Division III Championships… Came in second with a school record 38’ 7.75” (11.78 m) in the triple jump at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Received All-Conference honorable mention with a third place (35’ 5.25”, 10.80 m) in the triple jump at the NJAC Championships… Won the triple jump at Fast Times Before Finals (36’ 5.5”, 11.11 m) and the St. Joseph’s Winter Invitational (36’ 8.25”, 11.18 m)… Had a season best mark of 16’ 10” (5.13 m) in the long jump at the Lehigh Season Opener… Finished second (16’ 5.75”, 5.02 m) in the long jump at the St. Joseph’s Winter Invitational… earned All-Region honors in the triple jump from the USTFCCCA

2017 Outdoor: Competed in the triple jump (36’ 7”, 11.15 m) at the NCAA Division III Championships… Took second (37’ 4”, 11.38 m) in the triple jump at the NJAC Championships… Came in second with a top distance of 38’ 5” (11.71 m) in the triple jump at the Oneonta Final Qualifier… Won the triple jump at the Danny Curran Invitational (35’ 11.25”, 10.95 m) and Oscar Moore Invitational (37’ 1”, 11.30 m)… Received All-Region honors in the triple jump from the USTFCCCA… Named the NJAC and Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Metro Rookie of the Week one time… Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2016-17 Indoor: Placed 10th in the triple jump with a school record distance of 38' 0.75" (11.60 m) at the NCAA Division III Championships... Came in third (37' 3", 11.35 m) in the triple jump at the ECAC Championships... Received All-Region honors in the triple jump from the USTFCCCA... Took second (37' 8.75", 11.50 m) in the triple jump at the NJAC Championships for All-Conference second team honors... Was second in the triple jump at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational (36' 1.5", 11.01 m) and St. Joseph's Winter Invitational (36' 7.75", 11.17 m)... Was a three-time NJAC Rookie of the Week selection... Named the ECAC Metro Rookie of the Week one time
