This is Dave Shinton’s first season as assistant coach at Rowan University.

Shinton is currently enrolled at the University and is working to complete his bachelor’s degree in health and exercise science. He was a member of the men’s swim team for four years. Shinton recorded career bests of 53.90 and 2:00.77 in the 100 and 200 butterflies respectively.

He currently resides in Glassboro, NJ.
