Rylee Lutz joins the Profs coaching staff in 2026 after a decorated career in the circle at Rowan.
During her time wearing the Brown and Gold, Lutz boasted a 1.57 career ERA with a 79-20 career record over 603 innings, setting a new program record for career wins. Over her four years, she amassed 497 strikeouts. She was a two-time NFCA All-American, three-time NFCA All-Region, and four-time NJAC All-Conference honoree. She also earned NJAC Pitcher of the Year honors in 2023. Lutz was named Most Valuable Player of the Glassboro Regional in 2024 and Most Valuable Pitcher of the Ashland Super Regional in 2023.
Lutz helped the Profs to three NCAA National Championship Tournaments, three NCAA Super Regional Championships, three NCAA Regional Championships, and four NCAA Tournament appearances. She was an integral part of the 2025 pitching staff that boasted the best ERA in the country (1.04), and individually she ranked top 5 in the nation for ERA (0.84) and shutouts (11).
In addition to her experience at Rowan, Lutz has been giving private pitching lessons for the last two years and has worked Innovative Fastpitch Summer Camps for the last 5 years. She is also a club softball coach for the 14U Combat out of Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
Lutz graduated from Rowan in 2024 with her bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences before earning her Certificate of Graduate Study in Educational Technology in 2025.
