2024-25: Named to the NJAC All-Conference first team in the 4x400 relay... Named NJAC All-Conference second team in long jump... Named All-Metro Region in the long jump and 4x400 relay... 


2022-23: Earned NCAA All-American honors in the long jump with a mark of 7.11… Helped set a new Division III Record in the 4x200 relay (1:25.86) and 4x400 relay (3:10.09)... Was selected to the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) All-Conference first team in the long jump and 4x400 relay… Named to the U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association All-Metro Region in the 200 meter, long jump, and 4x400 relay

2021-22: NCAA Champion and All American in the 4x400 meter relay in a time of 3:16.56… Earned All America honors in the long jump with a mark of 7.23 meters… Regional champion in the long jump with a mark of 7.33 meters and the 4x200 meter relay in a time of 1:27.45… Named to the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) All-Conference first team in the long jump and on the 4x200 meter relay and honorable mention in the 60 meters and 200 meters… Won the long jump (7.19 meters) and was on the winning 4x200 meter relay (1:27.88) and was third in the 60 meters and 200 meters at the conference championships… Broke the school record in the 60 meters with a time of 6.87… Won NJAC Rookie of the Week three times…

High School/Personal: Graduated from Parsippany High School… Was the 55 meter dash Sectional Champion his junior and senior year… Was on the 2019 Outdoor Sectional Championship and 2020 Indoor Sectional Championship teams… Majoring in exercise science
