2019-20 Indoor: Received All-America honors as a member of the 4x400 meter relay… Qualified for the NCAA Championships on the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:17.02… Earned U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCA) All-Atlantic Region in the 400 meters and 4x400 meter relay… Named to the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) All-Conference first team in the 400 meters and on the 4x400 meter relay… Won the 400 meters in 49.52 at the conference championships and ran on the winning 4x400 meter relay (3:19.89)… Was a member of the All-Conference second team on the 4x200 meter relay that finished second (1:32.38)… Took first place in the 400 meters (50.13) and on the 4x400 meter relay (3:19.14) at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational… Came in first in the 400 meters (50.03) and as part of the 4x400 meter relay (3:23.36) at the Coach I Open… Named the NJAC Track Athlete of the Week one time

2019 Outdoor: Won the 400 meters (49.31) and was on the winning 4x400 meter relay (3:23.55) at the NJAC Championships… Earned NJAC All-Conference first team in the 400 meters and the 4x400 meter relay… Finished 11th (3:15.81) on the 4x400 meter relay at the NCAA Championships… Received USTFCCA All-Atlantic Region as a member of the 4x400 meter relay… At the All-Atlantic Region Championships, took second (3:14.28) on the 4x400 meter relay and third (49.07) in the 400 meters… Had first places in the 400 meters (50.15) and 4x400 meter relay (3:42.26) at the Oscar Moore Invitational… Competed on the 4x400 meter relay (3:16.26) at the Penn Relays… Qualified for nationals as part of the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:14.28

2017-18 Indoor: Earned All-America honors as a member of the 4x400 meter and distance medley relays that finished third (3:15.00) and fourth (9:58.49) respectively with school record times at the NCAA Division III Championships… Was on the winning 4x400 meter relay (3:18.40) at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Was part of the 4x400 meter relay that came in first (3:17.04) for All-Conference first team honors and placed fifth in the 400 meters with a season best time of 50.28 at the NJAC Championships… Ran on the first place 4x400 meter relays at the Bomber Invitational (3:20.82) and Fastrack Last Chance Invitational (3:21.94)… Received USTFCCCA All-Region honors as a member of the 4x400 meter relay… Named the NJAC Rookie of the Week one time
