2017-18 Indoor: received All-America honors with a third place in the high jump, posting a season best 6’ 10.75” (2.10 m) at the NCAA Division III Championships (Mar. 9-10)… came in second in the long jump with a top distance of 23’ 1.75” (7.05 m) for All-Conference second team accolades and was fifth (6’ 4”, 1.93 m) in the high jump at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 19)… won the high jump (6’ 9.75”, 2.08 m) and finished fifth (22’ 3.75”, 6.80 m) in the long jump at the All-Atlantic Region Conference Championships (Mar. 2-3)… placed second (6’ 8”, 2.03 m) in the high jump at the Bomber Invitational (Feb. 3)… took second (22’ 6.25”, 6.86 m) in the long jump at the Fastrack Last Chance Invitational (Feb. 24)… earned All-Region distinction in the high jump from the USTFCCCA… a team captain
2017 Outdoor: competed in the high jump (6’ 4.75”, 1.95 m) and long jump (22’ 5.75”, 6.85 m) at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 25-27)… won the high jump (6’ 10.75”, 2.10 m) and posted a meet record 24’ 6.5” (7.48 m) for first in the long jump to earn All-Conference first team honors in both events at the NJAC Championships (May 6-7)… named the NJAC Outstanding Field Athlete… was victorious in the long jump with a school record distance of 24’ 10” (7.57 m) at the Oscar Moore Invitational (Apr. 8)… captured the title in the long jump (23’ 8”, 7.21 m) at the Emory Invitational (Mar. 17-18)… received All-Region distinction in the high jump and long jump from the USTFCCCA… chosen the NJAC Field Athlete of the Week twice and the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Metro Field Athlete of the Week one time
2016-17 Indoor: earned All-America honors with a third place (23' 3.5", 7.10 m) in the long jump and a fourth place (6' 9", 2.06 m) in the high jump at the NCAA Division III Championships (Mar. 10-11)... won the long jump with a season best leap of 23' 10" (7.26 m) and the high jump (6' 9.75", 2.08 m) at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 3-4)... received All-Region honors in both the long jump and high jump from the USTFCCCA... took first in the high jump with a top height of 6' 10.25" (2.09 m) for All-Conference first team honors and had a third place (22' 5.75", 6.85 m) in the long jump for All-Conference honorable mention at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 20)... came in sixth (43' 6", 13.26 m) in the triple jump at the conference meet... won the long jump (23' 0.75", 7.03 m) and the high jump (6' 8.75", 2.05 m) at the Lehigh Season Opener (Dec. 2)... claimed victory in the long jump (22' 1.75", 6.75 m) at the St. Joseph's Winter Invitational (Feb. 11)... was the high jump winner (6' 8.75", 2.05 m) at the John Covert Classic (Jan. 28)... a two-time NJAC Field Athlete of the Week selection
2016 Outdoor: a team captain… earned a pair of All-America awards at the NCAA Championships (May 26-28)… finished fourth (6’ 9.5”, 2.07 meters) in the high jump and fifth (23’ 6.75”, 7.18 meters) in the long jump… took first (6’ 10.25”, 2.09 meters) in the high jump and third (23’ 0.75”, 7.03 meters) in the long jump at the ECAC Championships (May 18-19)… won (6’ 9”, 2.06 meters) the high jump for All-Conference first team honors and came in fourth (22’ 3”, 6.78 meters) in the long jump at the NJAC Championships (May 7-8)… had a first place (6’8”, 2.03 meters) in the high jump and was second (22’ 10”, 6.96 meters) in the long jump at the Morgan State Legacy Meet (Apr. 22-23)… was first (6’ 11”, 2.11 meters) in the high jump at the Hopkins/Loyola Invitational (Apr. 16)… came in first (24’ 5”, 7.44 meters) in the high jump and second (6’ 6”, 1.98 meters) in the long jump at the Collegiate Track Conference (CTC) Championships (Apr. 1)… won the high jump with a height of 6’ 6” (1.98 meters) at the Maryland Invitational (Mar. 26)… was first (6’ 8.75”, 2.05 meters) in the high jump and third (22’ 9”, 6.93 meters) in the long jump at the Emory Invitational (Mar. 18-19)… named to the USTFCCCA All-Region team in the high jump and the long jump… received NJAC Field Athlete of the Week award once
2015-16 Indoor: participated in the NCAA Division III Championships (Mar. 11-12) in the high jump… finished first (6’ 9.75”, 2.08 meters) in the high jump and second (23’ 1.75”, 7.05 meters) in the long jump at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 4-5)… won the high jump competition with a height of 6’ 11” (2.11 meters) at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 22) and earned All-Conference first team honors… came in second (22’ 11. 75”, 7.00 meters) in the long jump at the NJAC Championships and received All-Conference second team recognition… earned NJAC Field Athlete of the Week honors twice
2015 Outdoor: qualified for the NCAA Division III Championships (May 21-23) in the high jump… won the NJAC Championship (May 2-3) in the high jump (6’ 8”, 2.03 meters) and earned All-Conference first team honors… finished first (6’ 10.25”, 2.09 meters) at the CTC Championships (Apr. 17)… took first with a season best height of 6’ 10.75” (2.10 meters) at the Muhlenberg Spring Invitational (Apr. 4)… came in first (6’ 8”, 2.03 meters) at the Oscar Moore Open (Apr. 1)… had a fourth place (6’ 8”, 2.03 meters) at the ECAC Championships (May 14-15)… was named the NJAC and ECAC Metro Field Athlete of the Week once
2014-15 Indoor: received All-America distinction with an eighth place (6’ 8.25”, 2.04 meters) in the high jump at the NCAA Division III Championships (Mar. 13-14)… captured the conference title in the high jump (6’ 8”, 2.03 meters) and earned All-Conference first team honors at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 26)… chosen the NJAC Rookie of the Year… won the high jump with 6’ 11.75” (2.13 meters) at the Ramapo College Indoor Select (Feb. 7)… broke the school record with a season best 7’ 0.5” (2.15 meters) and came in second in the high jump at the UCS Invitational (Feb. 21)… took second (6’ 11.75”, 2.13 meters) in the high jump at the Tiger Open (Jan. 24)… named the NJAC Rookie of the Week five times and the ECAC Metro Rookie of the Week four times
