2020 Outdoor: Was a co-recipient of the Joy Solomen Award for strong leadership qualities and dedication and passion to Rowan Athletics… Received New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) All-Academic honorable mention... Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete of Distinction… Selected a team captain

2019-20 Indoor:  Finished ninth (16:21.67) in the 5000 meters at the NJAC Championships… Was on the third place (11:08.57) distance medley relay at the Coach I Open… Ran 16:11.17 in the 5000 meters at the NYC Gotham Cup… Named a team captain

2019 Outdoor: Took sixth place (33:58.87) in the 10,000 meters at the NJAC Championships… Finished the 3000 meters in 9:27.30 at the Black and Gold Challenge… Had a time of 4:28.31 in the 1500 meters at the UCF Knights Invite… Ran the 5000 meters in 15:45.54 at the Widener Invitational… Inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society … Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete of Distinction… Received NJAC All-Academic honorable mention

2018-19 Indoor: Finished third (15:36.65) in the 5000 meters at the NJAC Championships… Ran the mile in 4:46.73 at the St. Joseph’s College Winter Invitational 
 
2018 Outdoor: Came in seventh (35:22.75) in the 10,000 meters at the NJAC Championships… Ran a top time of 15:58.33 in the 5000 meters at the Widener Invitational… Was a Rowan Scholar-Athlete... Received NJAC All-Academic honorable mention

2017-18 Indoor: Finished third in the 5000 meters with a season best time of 15:36.65 for All-Conference honorable mention at the NJAC Championships… Took fourth (16:04.19) in the 5000 meters at the John Covert Classic… Placed 11th (4:46.73) in the one mile at the St. Joseph’s Winter Invitational 

2017 Outdoor: Finished fifth (33:35.26) in the 10,000 meters at the NJAC Championships… Posted a season best time of 33:21.30 in the 10,000 meters at the Danny Curran Invitational… Placed fifth (2:11.21) in the 800 meters at the Oscar Moore Invitational… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

High School/Personal: Competed in cross country and track at Pitman High School… Awarded All Tri-County first team honors for cross country two times… Received All Tri-County second team honors for cross country and outdoor track… Holds school record in the 4x1600 relay… Qualified for states in the 3200 meters… Was a captain of the cross country team for two seasons and a senior captain for indoor track... Majoring in mechanical engineering
