2018 Outdoor: ran on the 4x400 meter relay that finished fifth (3:11.47) for All-America honors at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 24-26)… was a member of the winning 4x400 meter relay (3:17.23) that earned All-Conference first team distinction and came in fourth (49.30) in the 400 meters at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (May 5-6)… part of the first place 4x400 meter relay (3:14.45) and took eighth in the 400 meters with a season best time of 49.23 at the All-Atlantic Region Conference Championships (May 16-17)… competed on the 4x400 meter relay (3:11.99) at the Penn Relays (Apr. 26-28)… placed third (50.06) in the 400 meters and had a fifth place in the 200 meters with a top time of 22.83 at the Danny Curran Invitational (Mar. 30-31)… ran on the 4x400 meter relays that won at the Danny Curran Invitational (3:17.43), Oscar Moore Invitational (Apr. 6) (3:17.57) and Widener Invitational (Apr. 20-21) (3:16.00)… earned All-Region honors in the 4x400 meter relay from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA)… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2017 Outdoor: placed second (49.51) in the 400 meters at the NJAC Championships (May 6-7) for All-Conference second team honors … was on the winning 4x400 meter relay (3:20.80) that earned All-Conference first team honors at the NJAC Championships… part of the ninth place (3:14.41) 4x400 meter relay at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 25-27)… finished first with a career best 48.81 in the 400 meters at the Monmouth Season Opener (Mar. 24-25)… won the 400 meters (49.50) and ran the 200 meters in 22.40 at the Oscar Moore Invitational (Apr. 8)… received All-Region honors as a member of the 4x400 meter relay from the USTFCCCA… was on the 4x200 meter relay that had the fastest time in Division III (1:26.85)
2016-17 Indoor: was on the first place 4x400 meter relay (3:21.36) and the third place distance medley relay (10:07.27) and took second in the 400 meters with a season best time of 49.32 at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships (Mar. 3-4)... earned All-Region honors in both the 400 meters and 4x400 meter relay from the USTFCCCA... won the 400 meters (49.90) and the 4x400 meter relay (3:21.40) at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 20) for All-Conference first team honors... part of the winning distance medley relay (10:24.93) at the Fastrack Last Chance Invitational (Feb. 25)... was victorious in the 400 meters at the Lehigh Season Opener (Dec. 2) (50.89), John Covert Classic (Jan. 28) (51.16) and Bomber Invitational (Feb. 4-5) (50.16)... a member of first place 4x400 meter relays at the Bomber Invitational (3:22.15) and St. Joseph's Winter Invitational (Feb. 11) (3:23.45)... ran on the winning 4x200 meter relay (1:31.13) at the St. Joseph's Winter Invitational
2016 Outdoor: finished second (3:16.53) as part of the 4x400 meter relay at the NJAC Championships (May 7-8) and earned All-Conference second team honors… received All-Conference honorable after taking third (49.19) in the 400 meter dash… recorded best time of 3:14.53 and and finished second in the 4x400 meter relay at the ECAC Championships (May 18-19)… won the 400 meter dash with a top time of 49.09 at the Collegiate Track Conference (CTC) Championships (Apr. 1)… had a career best mark of 22.54 and came in third in the 200 meter dash at the CTC Championships… named to the USTFCCCA All-Region team in the 4x400 meter relay… earned NJAC Track Athlete of the Week honors once
2015-16 Indoor: came in second (50.59) in the 400 meter dash at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 22) and received All-Conference second team recognition… finished fourth (50.63) in the 400 meter dash and first (3:25.57) as a member of the 4x400 meter relay a the Molloy College Lions Invitational (Feb. 12)… had a third place (51.18) in the 400 meter dash at the DeSchriver Invitational (Feb. 6)… took second (52.04) in the 400 meter dash at the McElligot Invitational (Jan. 30)
2015 Outdoor: finished third (49.07) in the 400 meter dash at the NJAC Championships (May 2-3) and earned All-Conference honorable mention… came in second in the 400 meters at the CTC Championships (Apr. 18) in a season best time of 48.89… won (50.53) the 400 meter dash at the Oscar Moore Open (Apr. 1)… recorded a top mark of 22.78 in the 200 meter dash and took third at the Oscar Moore Open… ran the 800 meters in a top time of 1:59.24 at the Lions’ Invitational (Apr. 24-25)… earned NJAC Track Athlete of the Week honors once
