2014 Indoor: had season bests in the 60 meters (7.31) and the long jump (21’ 9.5”, 6.64 meters) at the Princeton Invitational (Feb. 23)… ran a top time of 23.46 in the 200 meters at the Lafayette-Rider Winter Games (Feb. 14)

2013 Outdoor: placed 13th in the 4x100 meter relay (41.66) at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 23)… came in fourth in the 100 meters (11.16) at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (May 5)… took fifth in the long jump (6.32 meters) and seventh in the triple jump with a mark of 41’ 5.25” (12.63 meters) at the conference meet… ran the third leg of the winning 4x100 meter relay (42.26) at the CTC Championships (Apr. 20)… posted the team’s best mark in the long jump with 21’ 6” (6.55 meters) at the Danny Curran Invitational (Mar. 29)

2013 Indoor: took second in the long jump with a season-best mark of 21’ 11” (6.68 meters) at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 22)… had a distance of 42’ 5.25” (12.93 meters) to capture fifth place in the triple jump at the conference meet… had a third place finish in the long jump (6.31 meters) at the Frank Colden Invitational (Feb. 2)

HS: a two-sport athlete (football and track) at Montgomery High School… earned All-Conference first team and All-County second team honors in football
