2019 Outdoor: Finished 11th (3:15.81) on the 4x400 meter relay and 13th (54.02) in the 400 meter hurdles at the NCAA Championships… Won the 400 meter hurdles in 54.91 and anchored the first place 4x400 meter relay (3:23.55) for All-Conference first team honors… Was on the 4x400 meter relay that took second with a NCAA qualifying time of 3:14.28 at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships… Qualified for nationals in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 52.96, which was first at the Widener Invitational… Came in first in the 400 meter hurdles at the Oscar Moore Invitational (56.29), Danny Curran Invitational (53.41) and UCF Knights Invite (54.09)…. 2018-19 Indoor: Took second (49.97) in the 400 meters at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships and earned All-Conference second team honors… Was on the second place 4x400 meter relay (3:21.28) and fourth place distance medley relay (10:17.59) at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Was a member of the USTFCCCA All-Atlantic Region Team on the 4x400 meter relay
2018 Outdoor: Ran on the fifth place 4x400 meter relay (3:11.47) for All-America honors and came in 13th (54.02) in the 400 meter hurdles at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 24-26)… took fourth in the 400 meter hurdles at the NJAC Championships (54.35) and the All-Atlantic Region Championships (53.33)… competed in the 400 meter hurdles (53.62) at the Penn Relays… Placed second in the 400 meter hurdles with a top time of 52.94 at the Coach P Invitational… Won the 400 meter hurdles in 53.02 at the Danny Curran Invitational… Was on the winning 4x400 meter relays at the Danny Curran Invitational (3:17.43), Widener Invitational (3:16.00) and Swarthmore Final Qualifier (3:17.06)… Garnered All-Region accolades in the 400 meter hurdles from the USTFCCCA… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete... 2017-18 Indoor: Earned All-America honors as a member of the third place 4x400 meter relay that ran a school record 3:15.00 at the NCAA Division III Championships… Was on the winning 4x400 meter relay (3:17.04) for All-Conference first team honors and came in fourth with a season best 49.61 in the 400 meters at the NJAC Championships… Was part of the 4x400 meter relay that took first place (3:18.40) and placed third (50.37) in the 400 meters at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Finished second (51.12) in the 400 meters at the John Covert Classic… Had a top time of 1:07.14 in the 500 meters at the Ramapo Season Opener… Received All-Region distinction as a member of the 4x400 meter relay from the USTFCCCA
