2017 Outdoor: ran a career best in the 800 meters (2:02.38) at the Lions’ Invitational (Apr. 28-29)… placed second in the 800 meters (2:03.73) at the Oscar Moore Invitational (Apr. 8)… ran a career best in the 1500 meters (4:11.82) at the Monmouth Season Opener (Mar. 24-25)… finished the 10,000 meters in a career best 32:35.00 at the Danny Curran Invitational (Mar. 31-Apr. 1)

2016-17 Indoor: had a fourth place in the 3000 meters with a season best time of 9:01.25 at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (Feb. 20)... was a member of the seventh-place 4x800 meter relay (8:40.58) and took 10th (9:09.94) in the 3000 meters at the John Covert Classic (Jan. 28)... came in 10th in the one mile (4:34.64) at the St. Joseph's Winter Invitational (Feb. 11) and in the 5000 meters (16:24.32) at the Ramapo Season Opener (Jan. 13)

2016 Outdoor: placed sixth (34:02.77) in the 10,000 meters at the NJAC Championships (May 7-8)… recorded a career-best 9:02.91 in the 3000 meters at the Maryland Invitational (Mar. 26)

2015-16 Indoor: a member of the distance medley relay that finished second (10:37.85) and earned All-Conference second team honors at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 22)… ran a top time of 911.63 in the 3000 meters at the DeSchriver Invitational (Feb. 6)

2015 Outdoor: finished third (32:46.70) in the 10,000 meter run at the Danny Curran Invitational (Mar. 27-28)

2014-15 Indoor: had a top time of 9:18.96 in the 3000 meters at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 26)… registered a time of 16:04.38 in the 5000 meters at the Ramapo College Indoor Select (Feb. 7)

2014 Outdoor: ran a season best 9:15.23 in the 3000 meters at the tri-meet against Georgian Court University and Lehman College (Apr. 11)… had top times in the 5000 meters (16:22.73) at the Wake Forest Open (Mar. 21) and the 10,000 meters (33:13.22) at the Danny Curran Invitational (Mar. 28)

2013-14 Indoor: recorded a season best of 4:35.32 in the one mile at the Princeton Invitational (Feb. 23)… produced a top time (9:08.89) in the 3000 meters at the Tiger Open (Jan. 25)
