2019 Outdoor: Ran personal records of 16:00.61 in the 5000 meters at the Widener Invitational, 2:12.20 in the 800 meters at the Oscar Moore Invitational and 33:12.33 in the 10,000 meters at the Danny Curran Invitational

2018-19 Indoor: Finished eighth (16:09.91) in the 5000 meters at the Moravian College Meet… Had a time of 9:18.67 in the 3000 meters at the Fastrack National Invite… Ran the 5000 meters in 17:02.19 for 13th place at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships 

2018 Outdoor: Finished second (33:57.41) in the 10,000 meters for All-Conference second team honors at the NJAC Championships… Ran a top time of 33:53.58 in the 10,000 meters at the Danny Curran Invitational… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2017-18 Indoor: Had a season best time of 9:26.34 in the 3000 meters at the NJAC Championships… Came in 13th (9:43.10) in the 3000 meters at the St. Joseph’s Winter Invitational 

Previous School: Was a transfer from Utica College (NY)

High School: Graduated from East Meadow High School (NY)… Competed in cross country and track
