Sean Hendricks is entering his seventh season as an assistant coach at Rowan University. In 2007 and 2008, he coached the superbacks. He worked as a volunteer with the tight ends in 2009 and wide receivers in 2010 and 2011. Hendricks now serves as the volunteer outside linebackers coach. He works at the University in the admissions department.

Prior to Rowan, Hendricks was a health educator in the Carroll County Public Schools system in Maryland from 2003-07. He was a defensive line coach at Johns Hopkins University from 2005-06. Hendricks helped guide the Blue Jays to their first ever NCAA playoff appearance in 2005. He served as the running backs and linebackers coach at Century High School in Sykesville, MD from 2004-05. Hendricks was also the school’s wrestling coach from 2004-06.

Hendricks earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in health science from Towson University in 2003. He played linebacker for the Tigers. In 2001, Hendricks led the Patriot League in tackles en route to collecting All-League honors. He received a master’s degree in educational administration from McDaniel College in 2006.

Hendricks currently resides in Cherry Hill, NJ with his wife Jeanne and daughter Blakely.
