Muhammad Abdur-Razzaq is now in his second season on the Profs' staff in 2022 as the Coach Richard Wackar Graduate Assistant and as the assistant defensive line coach. He came to Rowan the previous season and worked with the defense and special teams.
Abdur-Razzaq, who served as the running backs coach at the Maxwell Football Club Showcase in 2021, played at Widener University from 2014 to 2018. A running back, he was a member of the team that won the Middle Athletic Conference championshiop in 2014 and reached the NCAA Elite 8. In 2017, he earned the team’s Joe D’Angelo Jr. ’81 Memorial Award, which recognized the “person who has integrity without compromise”.
He received his bachelor’s degree in communications studies from Widener in 2018 and is pursuing his master’s degree in higher education administration at Rowan.
Abdur-Razzaq, who hails from Sicklerville, NJ, played at Winslow Township High School.
