Former college All-American and professional player Dom Williams joined the Rowan staff in 2022 and will be working with the Profs’ running backs.
The native of nearby Bridgeton, NJ, Williams had a stellar career at Wagner College, where he was a three-time All-Northeast Conference selection, including first-team honors in 2012. He ranks third all-time at Wagner for career rushing with 4,435 yards and in scoring with 276 points. He also still holds the seventh best single-season rushing mark with 1,338 yards gained in 2011.
Williams played for the Minnesota Vikings in 2014 and 2015 after joining the team as an undrafted free agent. He also saw time with the New York Jets in 2016 and the CFL’s Calgary Stampeders in 2017 and 2018 before a knee injury ended his career.
Prior to joining the Profs, Williams coached at Bridgeton from 2018-2021, serving as the defensive coordinator and working with the running backs and linebackers.
