Jack Goan joins the Rowan baseball staff as an assistant coach for the 2022 season, after a successful collegiate playing career.
Goan starred two seasons for Rowan College at Gloucester County and was the 2018 NJCAA Player of the Year as the Roadrunners reached the NJCAA World Series. In two years at RCGC, he batted .486 with 30 doubles, 14 home runs and 79 RBI, and was named an All-American.
He transferred to the University of Delaware and played there for two seasons. Goan was the team’s Most Valuable Player in 2020 as he batted .333 with a team-high 15 RBI in the season shortened due to the pandemic.
Originally from Cherry Hill, NJ, Goan received his bachelor’s in health and behavioral science from Delaware in 2020.
