As a member of the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC), a student-athlete cannot self-release to any other NJAC school. You must get permission from your coach and Rowan University assistant athletic director/compliance officer Mandy Jiang (jiangm@rowan.edu or 856-256-4685) to speak to any other schools in the conference. You may use the NCAA self-release to speak with other Division III schools that are NOT in the NJAC.
