Booking An Event at Rowan University With Conference and Event Services
All outside organizations requesting use of space on the University’s campus must complete and return an Event Request Application form. Please note, requests must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the event date. Each event request will be reviewed to ensure compliance with the Rowan University Scheduling & Facility Usage Policy.

Athletic Events
Rowan's athletic facilities are used for events such as youth football games, swim meets, basketball tournaments, and cheerleading and band competitions. Click here to submit an Event Request Application to the Conference & Event Services staff.
