2020 Outdoor: Named a team captain

2019-20 Indoor: Received All-America honors as a member of the 4x400 meter relay… Qualified for the NCAA Championships on the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:17.02… Earned U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Atlantic Region on the 4x400 meter relay… Was a member of the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) All-Conference first team on the 4x400 meter relay that had a winning time of 3:19.89 at the conference championships… Took third place (50.01) in the 400 meters at the All-Atlantic Region Championships and was on the winning 4x400 meter relay (3:17.02)… Came in fifth (51.20) in the 400 meters at the conference championships… Had a third place (49.05) in the 400 meters at the Fastrack National Invite… Named a team captain

2019 Outdoor: Named a team captain

2018 Outdoor: Won the 400 meters (48.54) and was on the first place 4x400 meter relay (3:17.23) for All-Conference first team at the NJAC Championships… Finished second in the 400 meters with a season best 47.55 at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier… Qualified for the NCAA Division III Championships in the 400 meters and came in 18th (49.12)… Competed on the 4x400 meter relay (3:11.99) at the Penn Relays… Ran a top time of 21.82 in the 200 meters at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational… Won the 400 meters at the Oscar Moore Invitational (48.80) and the Widener Invitational (48.22)… Was part of the winning 4x400 meter relay at the Oscar Moore Invitational (3:17.57) and the Widener Invitational (3:16.00)… Received USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the 400 meters and the 4x400 meter relay
  
2017-18 Indoor: Earned All-America honors as the anchor of the third place 4x400 meter relay that ran a school record 3:15.00 and with a fifth place (48.40) in the 400 meters at the NCAA Division III Championships… Won the 400 meters with a season best 47.99 and was on the first place 4x400 meter relay (3:17.04) at the NJAC Championships for All-Conference first team accolades… Took first (49.35) in the 400 meters and was part of the winning 4x400 meter (3:18.40) and second place distance medley (9:58.72) relays at the All-Atlantic Region Conference Championships… Was victorious in the 400 meters at the Lehigh Season Opener (49.96) and John Covert Classic (50.03)… Ran on the winning 4x400 meter relay at the Lehigh Season Opener (3:24.67), Ramapo Season Opener (3:21.28), John Covert Classic (3:25.17), Bomber Invitational (3:20.82) and Fastrack Last Chance Invitational (3:21.94)… Garnered All-Region distinction in the 400 meters and as a member of the 4x400 meter and distance medley relays from the USTFCCCA
