2020 Outdoor: Received New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) All-Academic honorable mention... Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete of Distinction

2019-20 Indoor: Earned NJAC All-Conference second team on the second place distance medley relay (10:44.79) at the conference championships… Ran a personal record 9:02.46 in the 3000 meters at the Albany Winter Classic… Finished the mile in 4:29.94 at the Fastrack National Invite… Had a time of 2:07.43 in the 800 meters at the Bomber Invitational

2019 Outdoor: Finished 12th (16:25.42) in the 5000 meters at the NJAC Championships… Ran 15:43.29 in the 5000 meters at the Widener Invitational… Came in second (2:01.99) in the 800 meters at the Oscar Moore Invitational… Took fourth (4:09.76) in the 1500 meters and sixth (1:59.79) in the 800 meters at the UCF Knights Invite… Received U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association All-Academic honors…. Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2018-19 Indoor: Came in seventh in the mile with a season best 4:20.06 at the NJAC Championships… Was on the fourth place distance medley relay (10:17.59) at the All-Atlantic Region Championships…Had a time of 2:02.80 in the 800 meters at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational and was on the first place distance medley relay (10:40.17)… Ran on the 4x800 meter relay (8:14.73) at the NYC Gotham Cup 

High School/Personal: Attended Jackson Memorial High School... Majoring in engineering entrepreneurship
