2019-20 Indoor: Finished fifth (9:01.81) in the 3000 meters at the NJAC Championships…. Ran a personal best 9:01.68 in the 3000 meters at the Fastrack National Invite… Came in 11th (4:30.46) in the mile at the Fastrack Last Chance Meet… Was a member of the third place distance medley relay (11:08.57) at the Coach I Open

2019 Outdoor: Competed in the 5000 meters (16:36.02) at the NJAC Championships… Had a season best 15:47.61 in the 5000 meters at the Danny Curran Invitational… Took fourth place (2:05.28) in the 800 meters at the Oscar Moore Invitational… Finished the 1500 meters in 4:07.66 at the Coach Pollard Invite… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete of Distinction

2018-19 Indoor: Was on the third place distance medley relay (10:57.65) at the Fastrack National Invite… Finished seventh in the 3000 meters with a season best 9:10.42 at the Moravian College Meet… Had a time of 2:42.36 in the 1000 meters at the NYC Gotham Cup… Ran 4:33.54 in the mile at the Armory Last Chance
