2020 Outdoor: Received New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) All-Academic honorable mention... Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete of Distinction

2019-20 Indoor: Ran a personal record of 4:29.02 at the Fastrack Last Chance Meet… Finished the mile in 4:30.19 at the NJAC Championships… Had a time of 9:10.04 in the 3000 meters at the Coach I Open… Came in ninth (4:30.19) in the mile at the conference championships

2019 Outdoor: Finished eighth (4:09.53) in the 1500 meters at the NJAC Championships… Won the 3000 meters (9:00.14) at the Oscar Moore Invitational… Had a fourth place (15:48.67) in the 5000 meters at the Coach Pollard Invite… Ran 4:06.62 in the 1500 meters at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier Meet… Had a time of 2:05.51 in the 800 meters at the Lions Invitational… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete of Distinction

2018-19 Indoor: Was a member of the third place distance medley relay (10:49.47) NJAC Championships and earned All-Conference honorable mention… Ran the 1000 meters in 2:45.59 at the NYC Gotham Cup… Had a time of 4:38.25 in the mile at the Fastrack National Invite
