2022 Outdoor: NCAA Qualifier in the 110 meter hurdles…Clocked his best time of the season at 52.86 at the AARTFC Championships where he was named second-team all-region…Was a NJAC Champion and first-team selection after winning the same event in 52.98 in the finals

2021 Outdoor: Won the long jump at the Bill Fritz Invitational…He hit his season-best mark of 6.94 meters at Bill Fritz and the Fast Times Before Finals…Was an honorable mention after taking third in the long jump at the NJAC Championships (6.83 meters)

2020 Outdoor: Named a team captain

2019-20 Indoor: Earned U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association All-Atlantic Region in the long jump… Took fourth in the long jump with 22’ 9.25” (6.94 m) at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships… Had a fifth place (7.15) in the 60 meters and was sixth (23.20) in the 200 meters at the conference championships… Finished third in the long jump (23’ 2”, 7.06 m) at the NYC Gotham Cup… Came in fourth (22’ 8.5”, 6.92 m) in the long jump at the Bomber Invitational… Named a team captain

2019 Outdoor: Competed in the long jump at the NCAA Championships… Ran on the 11th place 4x400 meter relay (3:15.81) at nationals… Finished fifth in the long jump with 23’ 7.5” (7.20 m) at the All-Atlantic Region Championships and qualified for the NCAA Championships… Earned All-Conference second team in the long jump (22’ 4.5”, 6.82 m) and honorable mention in the 400 hurdles (55.18)... Won the long jump with 21’ 9.5” (6.64 m) at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier Meet… Was part of the winning 4x400 meter relay at the Danny Curran Invitational (3:19.27) and at Coach Pollard Invite (3:17.87)... Came in second (22’ 3.5”, 6.79 m) in the long jump at the Lions Invitational

2018-19 Indoor: Took second with 22’ 3.75” (6.80 m) at the NJAC Championships for All-Conference second team honors… Won the long jump at the Fastrack Metro Season Opener (22’ 8”, 6.91 m), Moravian College Meet (22’ 10.5”, 6.97 m) and Ithaca Bomber Invitational (22’ 10.5”, 6.97 m)… Was a member of the second place 4x400 meter relay (3:21.28) at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Atlantic Region on the 4x400 meter relay

2018 Outdoor: Came in sixth (21’ 7.25”, 6.58 m) in the long jump and was 11th (58.89) in the 400 meter hurdles at the NJAC Championships… Took second in the long jump with a season best 22’ 8.5” (6.92 m) at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Ran on the winning 4x200 meter relay (1:27.79) at the Oscar Moore Invitational… Had a third place (21’ 8.75”, 6.62 m) in the long jump at the Danny Curran Invitational… Recorded a top time of 57.48 in the 400 meter hurdles at the Lions Invitational 

High School/Personal: Was a state champion in the long jump at West Windsor-Plainsboro High School North (NJ)… Captured sectional titles in the 400 meter hurdles and long jump… Earned All-State honors twice and named team most valuable player three times... Majoring in health promotion & wellness management
